In June 2020, only weeks after the shut-down of events due to the pandemic, The ABPM Spring Conference went virtual via the TK Events Virtual Event Platform.
The event provided a 2020 Vision For The Future for the Association’s community, championing and providing resources to senior executives as they navigate delivering briefing programs for global organizations. In a series of thought leadership sessions, strategies were shared around the ongoing operations and growth of corporate EBC's (Executive Briefing Centers).
A virtual venue became the central hub for a gathering of more than 300 members to collaborate, share, network and learn, featuring:
A branded Lobby offered sponsor recognition, leading to additional venue rooms and a Supplier Celebration.
A Coffee Shop in the lobby allowed attendees to connect for chat sessions.
A Main Stage theatre for general sessions including: An opening keynote, executive panel and special guest keynote by Shawn Kanungo in his innovative talk on 'Strategy In A World Of Disruption'.
The Supplier Celebration Exhibit Hall featured custom-designed trade show booths.
More than 24 Breakouts integrated with the client’s Zoom technology.
Conversations and Networking Chat rooms were a highlight for connecting with other delegates.
By visiting the Center Gallery – delegates were able to tour Executive Briefing Centers virtually with member organizations such as Google, Linkedin, SAP and HP.
Member feedback was overwhelming and reflected in the high evaluation scores and anecdotal feedback, with the client sharing once again – our members were blown away!
