BMO Virtual Conference Series
A series of regional virtual conferences in the Fall of 2020 and 2021 became the gathering place for BMO’s Business and Commercial Banking Units.
Separate conferences were run in unique virtual venues spanning a two-week period.
We followed the conference series with a Conference of Stars recognition event in January 2021.
Our design and development team dreamed up a series of firsts in our virtual venue platform.
The regional conferences all featured custom-designed lobbies, a main stage livestreaming a series of executive keynotes and panels - all available bilingually; an entertainment lounge for networking and activities as well as breakouts and meetings integrated with the client's MS Teams video conferencing.
A live chat with dedicated discussion groups allowed delegates to connect.
For the celebration event – a custom-designed cruise ship navigated a unique celebration. If the group couldn't make it oceanside, we'd bring the ocean to them! A concert by the Bare Naked Ladies, an internal Karaoke sing-off contest, followed by a collection of interactive games on the upper deck, were all part of the one-of-a-kind event.
